Originally founded in 2006 by Dan Race, Commercial Gaskets is a small business with a proud legacy of honest work and affordable prices.
Dan retired in 2021, when he sold the business to Flynt Morrison, a veteran of both the Navy and the food service industry. Flynt and his wife, Courtney, have spent the last 5 years dedicating themselves to delivering the same great service our customers know.

Once you approve our quote, we will begin putting together your order for installation. We manufacture over a dozen gasket profiles in-house, others are ordered from our curated list of vendors.
Our goal is to make installation as easy as possible on everyone. We will do our best to schedule an installation time that works best for you and your staff.

After installation, we guarantee our work with our warranty policies, so you never have to worry. All of our gaskets are covered for 90 days. Handles, hinges, door closers, and other major hardware are covered for 6 months.
We also make billing easy! Invoices can be paid in whatever way works best for you. We also offer perks like Net 30 billing and discounts for referrals and multiple locations!

As a small business, we do our best to serve as many clients as possible every single day. Our goal is to get out to you as soon as possible, but it sometimes may take up to 3 weeks to complete service from the time you contact us to the day gaskets are installed.
We recommend contacting us 30 days prior to any inspection deadline in order to guarantee that service is completed when desired.
